Processes the groups of personal data in relation to which Ace On Accelerator is the controller as it determines the purpose and means of its processing.
Ace On Accelerator processes the personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (here in after as the “Regulation”).
In terms of the Regulation, Ace On Accelerator has adopted the appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to ensure the protection of the personal data and the rights of the persons, whose personal data is processed (hereinafter as the “Data Subject”).
